Since 2007, New York City-based Manitos (“Little Hands”) , a licensed 501c3 non-profit organization, has worked to help children with cancer in Paraguay. Manitos’ projects aid the National Cancer Institute (INCAN) outside Asuncion, whose hard-pressed doctors and volunteers treat the poorest of the poor.
